Description   Andersen Perma-Shield Tilt Wash Double Hung Balance Cavity Plug. There Are Four of These Plugs on Each Unit One on Each Side of the Bottom Sash and One on Each Side of the Top Sash. These are Installed in the Gap Between the Jamb Liner and the Sill (Bottom Sash) and in the Gap Between the Jamb Liner and the Head Jamb (Top Sash) They Are Made of a Rubbery Foam Like Material  About an 1/8" thick and Come in the Shape of the Jamb Liner.
