    We accept all major credit card types and PayPal. Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order.

  2. Where do you ship?


    WindowParts.com can ship to residential and commerical addresses, PO Boxes, APO and FPO military addresses in the United States. However, we do not ship to U.S. territories or any other countries at this time.

  3. Do you carry Andersen Window conversion kits?

  5. How do I know which double hung sash balance is right for my window?


    Well here at WindowParts.com we take all the guess work out of ordering your part. We have created a page specifically for those in need of replacement sash balances.   6. What does the Andersen window warranty cover?


    Andersen window & doors are covered by the exclusive Owner-to-OwnerŽ limited warranty. It covers- 20 years on glass and 10 years on non-glass parts.   7. Do you offer pricing discounts for window repair or glass companies?


    Yes.  We offer added discounts for companies that purchase "bulk" parts or spend over $3,000 annually in window parts.  Contact our customer service team to see what discount you can qualify for!  They can be reached at help@windowparts.com or 800-368-9556.

  8. Do you cover Andersen warranty parts request?


    No we do not.  If you have parts that are still covered under the Andersen Warranty, you have to contact them directly at 888-888-7020. [top]

  9. Do you carry parts for Andersen storm doors?


    No we do not.  For help with Andersen Storm Door Parts, call their Solution Center Hotline at (800) 933-3626.  Please have your serial number ready for prompt assistance.
