Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Swartz Creek MI
I was very pleased to be able to purchase this very necessary part for the lock on my patio door. I was afraid I would have to replace the whole thing, but here was the part needed! Ordered easily, delivered quickly and my patio door is once again secure. Thank you!

Easy install January 16, 2013
Reviewer: Salvador Pong from Simi Valley Ca. 93063
my house was built 2005, this actuator broke.  The thumb knob  spins.  Remove 2 screws inside plate.  Loosen allen underneath handle. Remove handle and plate.  Remove 2 screw in position plate.  Remove old broken actuator, replace new one.  Very easy.  I found out that I could also use JB weld to glue the broken actuator.  Much better I think than new.  So i have a spare just in case it broke again.
