WOW! What a nice experience.
Reviewer: Mikal W. from United States
I was asked to help fix some windows on a beach house on the west coast of Florida. I didn't know much about casement windows and after a while I found the problem. The bottom hinge was ruined from the salt air. I did some research and found a pair of hinges on line from an individual. When I looked at them they looked like they would work but when I tried to put the window back in the opening the hinges wouldn't fit. I had to take the hinges back off and offsetting the straps to get the proper distance. What a job! Then I found WindowParts.com. Their prices were nice and they claimed the hinges would work. I ordered what I would need to do 6 more windows and when they arrived they looked a lot better than the first. They fit very well and they looked nice and strong. Much better quality. And when I to put the windows in the opening they went right in. What a nice feeling. I was worried the new hinges wouldn't work with the old ones but they worked perfectly. So, in review, if I had not ordered the off brand hinges first I wouldn't have had anything to compare it to. And when we finished with the WindowParts.com hinges I was so pleased I said I was going to write and complement them. And when asked to write this review I was more than happy to. Thanks again WindowParts.com.
