What to do if your Product was Damaged in Shipping?
You need to go to the My Account page and use the "Start a Return" feature of our site. We handle our damage and replacement claims in the same portal we handle our returns.
Occasionally a product will get damaged in shipping. We will assist you by filing the claim with the shipper who shipped your order. To expedite the process, please keep the item in its original packaging.
Note: When dealing with our customer support team please ensure that email@example.com is on your approved email list or check your spam/junk folders as replies may end up there.
