Shipping policy
Please review the following shipping information before placing an order.
WindowParts.com accepts orders from and ships within the United States and Canada only.
Orders ship on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada may include additional charges. Air shipments placed after 9:00 AM will ship the next business day.
Stock and Special-Order Processing Times
Stock items:
Stock items usually ship within 1 business day of purchase, unless the item is out of stock or backordered. Orders may ship by USPS, FedEx, or UPS at our discretion. Out-of-stock or backordered stock items may ship separately when inventory becomes available.
Special-order items:
Special-order items usually ship within the time frame listed on the product page. These items are not stocked in our warehouse and are often made to order. Because of this, manufacturing and shipping times may vary. Special-order items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Special order items, including products ordered directly from the manufacturer, may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours after the order has been placed with the manufacturer.
After 24 hours, we are happy to contact the manufacturer on your behalf to request a cancellation; however, cancellation approval is not guaranteed. If the manufacturer is unable to cancel the order, WindowParts.com will also be unable to cancel or refund the order at that time.
Once the item has been delivered, you may still request a return in accordance with our return policy. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs, as well as any applicable restocking fees.
We understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to assist you whenever possible.

Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed, as this service is not available in all areas.
Special-order items ship directly from the manufacturer and cannot be expedited.
Special-order items may ship by UPS, UPS Mail Innovations, or freight carrier, depending on the size and type of order.

Shipping times to Canada cannot be guaranteed due to customs processing.
Unavailable Shipping Services
In some cases, an order cannot be shipped using the method selected at checkout. If that happens, we will contact you with an updated shipping option and rate. With your approval, the order will be shipped using the alternate method, and any difference in shipping cost will be charged or refunded as applicable.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
Lost, Damaged, or Non-Delivered Products
If an order is lost, damaged, or not delivered, we will open a shipping claim when needed and work to send a replacement product if applicable.
WindowParts.com is not responsible for labor costs or other expenses related to the removal, installation, or disposal of damaged or defective products.
