Refund policy
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags/box, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item / quantity so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims must be submitted within 30 days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Some non-stock items may be non-returnable due to the manufacturer's policy, which restricts returns based on low sales volume. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, plus additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
